Sandy Hayseed SC10 - Pet Friendly

This brand new home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other two have two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The home is pet friendly and has wireless internet. There is a tropically landscaped community pool and the home also has a charcoal grill. With plenty of room to park your boat, this is the perfect rental for a fisherman's weekend. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

Kitchen:

• Well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).
• Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

Linens and Towels:

• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds.
• Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps.
• We do not provide beach towels.

Starter Supplies:

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided.
• We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap.
• After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

Suggested Items to Bring:

• Beach towels
• Extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels)
• Extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one
• Spices/seasoning
• Extra trash bags
• Sun tan lotion/sun block
• Beach gear

Self Catering:

• All of our properties are self-catering.
• No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
