Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom as well. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a futon. The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds. The third bedroom is located in a separate carriage house that is connected to the main house by an interior staircase. This room has a King sized bed and a day bed, and boasts its own mini fridge and microwave. Sleeps 10 and has parking for 3 cars. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1. Pelican's Perch VW21 provides 3 paved parking spaces in the driveway. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 3 spaces.

2. Parking Tags will be provided by Property Manager Vacation Rentals.

3. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 21. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways.

4. No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk.

5. Towing will be strictly enforced.

Pelican's Perch VW21 provides ample parking for 10 guests. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
