This newly constructed home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs. Located on Mustang Island where you will find some of Port A's best beaches. This home is just steps to the beach and has amazing sunset views over the bay!

When you enter this open concept home on the second floor you will find the living room/ dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops just add to the décor of this wonderful space.

Down the hall you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and the third and fourth bedrooms each have a Queen bed and a Twin bed. There is an additional bath for these bedrooms to share.

Beach View Estate is the perfect place to relax for a weekend or a full week! No garage access. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
