Laguna Village is a brand new subdivision located on the beach and North Padre Island. The home is right on the water and comes with a private boat slip and a communal dock. The trout are something to see when the sun starts to set.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is spacious and has wonderful views from the deck. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second room a Queen, and the bunk room has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. This is one of the few rental homes on the water in all of North Padre and Port Aransas.

After a long day of fishing, you can stop by Gully's bar located right next door for a cool drink and a game of pool. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the marina located just 3 minutes away. Come make this your next vacation destination.

This is a pet-friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
