• This two bedroom two bath suite features 895 square feet of living space on one level. The bedrooms each come with a queen size bed. There is also a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

• For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning. There is no elevator access to this unit. This unit has no parking.

• Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
