• I have a professional management company on call 24 hours a day to assist with any problems you may encounter. Sales Tax is 14.8%, Direct Key Pick-Up, Keys Not Left 'Under the Mat'. Minimum Stay is 3 - 6 Nights. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

• Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

• NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
