This studio suite features 550 square feet of living space; one queen and one twin bed; full kitchen; nice mountain views. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $140 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
