This house is situated in North Myrtle Beach at the corner of Ocean Blvd and 9th Ave South. It truly is 88 steps to put your toes in the ocean, we counted!

Unique 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage built in 1950. Original heart pine ceilings and mermaid décor throughout. If you prefer to stay outside of the common condo-boxes, this is the place for you! With a queen, 2 twins, and the sleeper sofa it will comfortably sleep 6. This home was totally redecorated in 2014 with a lot of mermaid décor to fit the name Mermaid Manor. It has been well maintained since. This home is incredibly quiet due to the solid block walls that were filled with sand when constructed.

Outdoor shower, tile floors, covered porch, minutes to dining, entertainment, and shopping.

• Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds

Housekeeping Fee includes: Departure cleaning service and Linens

Linens included are as follows:

• 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed.
• 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed.
• 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom.
• 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag.

You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

House parties and Groups:

• House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited.
• We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older.
• Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
