Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Disney, this home offers more than just a fabulous location. It boasts a south facing pool and spa, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Please note that there is an additional cost for pool/spa heat.

Our villa provides a real home away from home experience, unlike cramped hotels or busy resorts. The private south facing pool and spa back up to a conservation area, offering complete privacy. There are plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The home also features a massive games room with a pool table, foosball table, and hockey table, ensuring there is plenty to do rain or shine. Additionally, the community has a complimentary soccer field and playground area that all guests can use.

There are two king-sized master suites, one located upstairs and one downstairs, both with full-sized ensuite master bathrooms with separate shower stalls, soaker tubs, and walk-in closets. There are also two twin bed rooms with a jack and jill bathroom, making it perfect for many different traveling parties. The master suites, bathrooms, and twin rooms have been tastefully decorated and have smart televisions for streaming all the best shows. If you require additional sleeping arrangements, there is a pull-out sofa bed located in the home.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation outside of the 60-day window, a $100 admin fee will be kept.
