There is a master bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and private bath. The third floor has the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The third floor also has an alcove with two twin beds in it.

This is a perfect group getaway home, whether it's separate families or just friends. The 1st & 2nd floor each have a living area with bedrooms which provide each family with privacy. This house has everything: the pool, the balcony, the fantastic view of the ocean, and of course, it is just a few steps from the front door to the Ocean!
