Private home just a quick walk across the street from the beach and located in a small beach neighborhood made up of 17 homes that share a nice community pool. This beach house overlooks the pool and it's the closest to the beach. There is parking and a picnic table under the home. After a day at the beach throw some burgers on the charcoal grill and gather the family around the picnic table for a feast.

• This home is about a 13 minute walk (0.6 miles) to the Pier at Garden city and Sam's Corner. You can visit other local shops and restaurants in same area.

• When it's time to unwind, both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The bedroom facing the beach side of the home has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on full bed.
