This oceanfront condo boasts a private balcony with a fantastic view of the beach. The balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. The building has an elevator and an indoor heated pool.

The condo is equipped with 4 TVs, a DVD player, and wireless internet. The master bedroom has a King size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 full-size beds, and bedroom 3 has a Queen bed.

Located approximately 2 miles from the Pier at Garden City, Sam's Corner, and other shops and restaurants at Garden City Beach. It's approximately 1/2 mile to the Surfside Pier, Scotty's Beach Bar, Neal and Pam's Bar and Grill, Bubba's Fish Shack, River City Cafe, and other shops and restaurants.

Don't feel like sitting in a restaurant? The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. Alternatively, head out back to the grilling and picnic area with take-out or for a cookout by the beach.
