This oceanfront condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sound of waves crashing along the shore. The master suite has a private balcony, a King size bed, and a Jacuzzi tub. There are televisions in the living room and each bedroom. The condo has a washer/dryer in the unit.

The location is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's approximately 2 miles from the Pier at Garden City and other shops and restaurants. It's also approximately 1/2 mile to the Surfside Pier, Scotty's Beach Bar, Neal and Pam's Bar and Grill, Bubba's Fish Shack, River City Cafe, and other shops and restaurants. If you don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. There's also a grilling and picnic area for cookouts by the beach.

The building has an elevator, an indoor heated pool, and free wireless Internet. There's a spacious outdoor area for family games, and bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes, and ladder ball are available for rent. There's one assigned parking spot, and the condo is non-smoking. Linens, surfboards, beach chairs, boogie boards, bicycles, coolers, beach umbrellas, kayaks, and more are available for rent, with free delivery to and from your oceanfront condo. The condo is motorcycle friendly, but there's no trailer parking on the property. Early check-in may be available for a nominal fee.
