If you more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away.

No trailers, campers or RV's allowed.

No portable grills or open flames.

No smoking inside the condo or on the patio.

No pets allowed.

This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

This condo is impeccably decorated and comes fully furnished.

The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous covered patio with comfortable seating.

The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper.

The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more.

The bistro table seats 4 and there are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed as well as a private bathroom.

The 2 guest bedrooms have a queen size bed.

Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms.

High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.

The condo sleeps eight comfortably.

TVs in all bedrooms and free WiFi are just a few of the perks.

If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels (less than 15 miles away) or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall.

Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberly, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away.

Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis.

The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away).

Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly fishing.

Did you know that Texas Parks and Wildlife and Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited stock this area each winter with rainbow and brown trout?

WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED* These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed!

The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time.

Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers.

The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.

There is no grill on premise.

No portable grills allowed.

WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - This unit rents for $1900 per month in the winter months.
