• Optional Pool Heat (minimum of 5 days), temperature is set 85°F and 89°F.

• We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.

• The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.

• All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case)

• This is optional and may not be available at times.

• Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill.

• If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.

• If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
