The grand room features vaulted 18 ft. ceilings with windows all around. The open concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The dining table is spacious enough for guests to enjoy a meal together. The first master bedroom, located off the living room, has a king-size bed, private porch access, a river view, and an en suite bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and large closet. The remaining rooms include a guest room with a full over full bunk bed with a trundle and a twin over twin bunk, a second guest room with 2 queen beds, and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo conveniently located near the living area. The second master bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. All bathrooms are stocked with hotel size amenities, towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. High-quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. YouTube TV is available.
This home is located near Sons Guadalupe, where you can rent tubes and enjoy floating on the river. There are also plenty of entertainment options along River Road. The property is a short drive away from Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which offer fine dining, entertainment, and various activities. Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas, is a famous landmark in the area. Gruene also offers shopping, restaurants, and wine tasting. The home is also close to outlet malls, Schlitterbahn, and Canyon Lake. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets are allowed. The maximum occupancy for this home is 16 guests, and this limit should not be exceeded at any time. Daytime guests are not allowed. The property can accommodate 4-5 vehicles. Outdoor areas of the home are monitored by video cameras to comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions. The property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.
