If you're looking for a tubing outfitter, Shanty Tubes is only 4 miles away for floating the Guadalupe! There are 2 boat launches less than a mile from the home, one on Banister less than half a mile has a new swimming beach and there are boat/jet ski rentals within walking distance from the house called Watercraft Rentals Inc.

The deck outside is perfect for entertaining, with seating throughout and a hot tub to let off some steam. Don't forget the smoker grill with an offset firebox and smaller charcoal grill. So bring everyone outside to chill and grill! The upstairs balcony is perfect for soaking in the view of Canyon Lake, and sipping morning coffee. Say goodbye to carpet and hello to new vinyl wood laminate floors. The living room's large windows look out on this balcony which brings lots of natural light into the home. The living room has YouTube TV and Roku as well as one queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and the pub height dining table seats eight. Immediately off the living room there is a den with a twin bed and a recliner. The master bedroom has a queen bed, YouTube TV and Roku, and an en suite bathroom, as well as a view of the Lake! The master bath has a large walk in shower as well as a tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed as well. The second guest bedroom has one stand-alone full-size bed as well as full size bunk beds. The guest bathroom is conveniently located for all guest rooms.
