The lower level features an entertainment center with several recliner couches, game table and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining in-laws-style King suite includes an ensuite full bath with an efficiency-style kitchenette. The lower level also offers the laundry room.

The main floor features the focal point of the house with floor-to-ceiling vaulted windows that provide breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The living/dining area features recliner couches, a large TV, and a dining table that can seat six. Prepare home-cooked meals in the open-concept kitchen, outfitted with modern stainless steel appliances. The spacious deck off the living area provides a magnificent view of the mountains as you grill your favorite food. A half bath just off the hallway adds convenience.

The master bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a Queen bed and has a full ensuite bath with a jetted tub.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
