At Tradewinds, you'll discover an island paradise with plenty of amenities and attractions to enjoy. Here are some of the highlights:

• The indoor/outdoor pool is perfect for any occasion, and the sugar white sands of the Gulf are right at your feet. The pool is heated from November 1st through April 1st.
• There is a large parking area surrounded by beautiful palms, and multiple elevators to save time and hassle.
• It's just a short walk or drive to everything! Shopping, dining, sightseeing, and more are at your disposal.
• Nothing compares to the unobstructed views of this unit! On the 5th floor, you have unobstructed views for miles from the balcony.
• You will find this condo clean, comfortable, and spacious. The furnishings and décor are well maintained, and you will find everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
• Relax in the master bedroom on your king size bed while watching TV. The guest bedroom is very comfortable with its own double bed. Need more space? Don't forget the sofa sleeper! In the living room, you can watch TV and the waves at the same time.

If you're planning to stay during the Winter Season (January and February), please note the following policies:

• Reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management.
• After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional information and policies include:

• Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
• Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels.
• The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
• Must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is required at check-in.
• Sorry, No Smoking. Sorry, No Pets.
