Welcome to A Beach Life! A gorgeous beach house with room for the whole family. This newly built duplex offers a communal fire pit, volleyball, and a large pool.

The living room has a large flat-screen TV, the dining area has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is decked out with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Upstairs you will find a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

This unit has three balconies and a front porch with a nice sitting area, and covered parking. The bottom floor has one bedroom and one bathroom. This bedroom features a queen bed and a private balcony. Upstairs you will find the master with an ensuite. The Master is furnished with a king bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. Just down the hall, there is an additional bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Each bottom bunk is full and each top bunk is a twin bed. In this room, you will also find a flat-screen TV, an ensuite, and a private balcony.

You are right in the center of town with a short drive or walk to everything, most importantly the beach! You are located just up the street from the best souvenir shops and delicious seafood. So come make “A Beach Life” YOUR beach life!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:

• Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
• Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
• The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
