Winter Season Reservations:

• Please note that any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay.
• Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management.
• After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

• The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, which comprises:
  • Hand soap
  • One roll of toilet tissue per bathroom
  • One trash bag per trash can
  • One roll of paper towels

Policies:

• To rent "A Beach Life," guests must be at least 25 years of age or older.
• Photo identification is required at check-in.
• Smoking is not permitted on the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Call for monthly "Snowbird" rates November through February!
