Behind the house you will find it a short walk to the Upper Truckee River feeding into Lake Tahoe. The trail system along the river area allows for hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, swimming x-country skiing, snowmobiling, etc. all out your back door. Restaurants and a grocery center are located just a mile from the house. Two challenging alpine golf courses are just minutes away and they double as a sledding hill and snowmobile center during the winter months.

Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. *Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.
