Two challenging alpine golf courses are just minutes away and they double as a sledding hill and snowmobile center during the winter months.

On the banks of the Upper Truckee River is one of Tahoe's little-known gems.

Tahoe Paradise Park provides numerous ways to spend a great lazy day.

There are really two different sections of the park.

The upper section holds Lake Baron, which provides fishing opportunities as well as excellent calm for paddle boarding and kayaking.

Additionally, you will find the tennis and pickle ball courts here as well as the clubhouse and a beach for swimming.

The lower section, along the banks of the Upper Truckee River, holds the playground, ball field, basketball court, and a large picnic area with group and individual areas and numerous hiking & mountain biking trails throughout.

Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner).

Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance.

Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable.

Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

*Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.
