Welcome to our luxurious corner unit at the W Hotel Residences beachfront resort, where relaxation and elegance await. The condo features stunning 9-foot floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, along with private balconies to enjoy the coastal scenery.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated space designed for both comfort and luxury. The great room offers a 6-person dining table, a business desk with complimentary Wi-Fi, and a memory foam sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals, including a KEURIG coffee maker and basic seasonings.

The master suite includes a king-size bed with luxury bedding, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite spa-style bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and other amenities like a washer and dryer. However, please note that the Jacuzzi jets are currently not functioning.

Beyond the condo, you'll enjoy easy access to the beach, two pools, a 24-hour gym, a Spa and Salon, and multiple restaurants. Fort Lauderdale offers a unique blend of serene, beachfront seclusion and vibrant nightlife, so you can truly have the best of both worlds. Free bike rentals are included in your reservation with us.

Whether you're interested in sailing, shopping, exploring museums, or enjoying marinas, this city truly offers a world-class experience. 5 minutes from Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. 10 minute drive to Las Olas Blvd. 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.

One note of importance: The Jacuzzi jets are currently not functioning, but we hope you'll find the other amenities more than compensate for this temporary inconvenience.

Important Please Note: Parking and Daily Resort Fee is not included in the reservation, and it is to be paid directly to the front desk upon check in.

• Daily Parking: $60 per vehicle (plus applicable taxes)
• Daily Resort Fee (per unit, not per person): $55 (plus applicable taxes)
• Balcony Door to be closed at all times while AC is on.
• No garbage is to be left outside in the hallway at any time.
• Please do not move furniture from its original place.
• Please leave AC set to 72 before final departure.
