Arbor Trace 635 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa that comfortably sleeps as many as 6. This condo is in a walk up building located on the 3rd level.

Arbor Trace 635 comes fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, silverware, pots, pans, washer and dryer. It has recently been updated with new appliances in the kitchen and new granite countertops. The washer and dryer have been updated too.

The master bedroom has a new king bed, the 2nd bedroom is equipped with a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds. A brand new 40 inch Flat Screen TV has just been added to the living room and all the bedrooms have 24 in. Flat Screens as well. The condo has been recently decorated with new bedding, drapes and new shower curtains.

Enjoy a game of cards or put together a puzzle on the dining room table or sit on the newly screened in porch and enjoy a cocktail in the evening.

Arbor Trace has a large pool onsite for guests and a grill area for your use. While staying at this resort you will also have use of one of South Carolina's largest ionized pool located at the North Tower.
