• The condo is part of a modern complex situated on the corner of the ground floor of the building. It offers a fenced-off private patio for your use.

• The condo features granite countertops, hardwood floors, and brand new high-end furniture (not particle board!).

• The complex is located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center and offers amenities such as a coffee shop and a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment.

• The rental includes one free covered parking space and unlimited free street parking.

• Cats are not allowed, but dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee.

• This is a gated community with 24-hour security guards on premises.

• We own several other condos in the same complex, so if you need more space, we can rent multiple units to you.

• This condo is fully ADA compliant, with standard tubs in the showers but equipped with wall handles for ADA compliance. If you require a walk-in/roll-in shower, our other unit in this complex has that option.

• Please note that since it is a condo complex, there are other residents in the area and you may hear them. Additionally, there are trains that pass by, which may be distracting if you are not accustomed to the sound of trains.
