This 1-bedroom condo with mountain decor is perfect for a family and can sleep up to 4 people. Enjoy a great location and mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to enjoy a quiet meal with all the comforts of home. The dining room table seats 4. The living room is tastefully decorated with mountain accents. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room, and a gas fireplace adds to the ambiance.

The bedroom has a King Bed and a TV.

It is a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts, making it a great location for beginners and first-timers. The bus stop to the "bunny" slopes in West Village and the Copper Ski and Ride School is right out front. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.

Passage Point has garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain. There's an exercise room, 3 awesome outdoor hot tubs, a shared laundry room, and children's play area.

Please note that there is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE:
All properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket, adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains, or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING:
We are following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

CHECK-IN:
Curbside Check-In is available at the Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:
Unfortunately, many shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. No refunds or further price reductions will be offered regarding the lack of access to these facilities.

Cook your own meals at home, even bring your own food from home.

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County's year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
