Architect/owner beachfront retreat condominium, located above it all on the 15th floor right on the beach and fronting along the 18 mile long Scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy our spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and some of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches with their emerald green and blue aquamarine waters.

We are continually updating our unit beyond all of the major work recently completed, including:

Table seating for breakfast on the balcony, or work off your laptop as you experience incredible sunrises, sun bathe on the chaise lounge or relax and enjoy dinner and sunsets in the early evening.

Every unit in the building has exactly the same floor plan so what separates us apart are our views and the decor. Unit 1503 is dressed in light beach tones and soft neutrals with oversized chic furnishings and fresh white linens in the bedrooms. You can hear the surf from your oversized king size bed in the Master Bedroom which opens onto the south balcony and Gulf views. The Guest Bedroom has twin beds and just in case, there is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room.

We are connected! In the Living Room a 48" HDTV and DVR, the Master with 40" Flat TV and DVD player; and the Guest Bedroom a 32" Flat TV all connected to our Dish Satellite service. Complementary Wi-Fi in the unit, on the beach and at the pool. Use of OSP fitness room and unlimited walking on our beautiful beaches, no additional charge!

No monthly rentals, and in high season, minimum one-week rentals.
