Cochise Estate is conveniently located in Scottsdale, just minutes away from world-renowned golf courses, dining options, and shopping centers. With 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this 6,500 square foot hacienda can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests.

Living Space: Inside the villa, you and your guests will find a cozy and elegant Spanish-style design with warm sandy tones. The hacienda features a formal dining room with an attached butler's bar, a den with two bunk beds, and a plush sofa set with a Smart TV. The oversized living room is furnished with soft leather furniture, a large flat-screen Smart TV, plush carpeting, and a modern gas fireplace. The tall ceilings with dark exposed wood beams and large sliding glass doors create an airy and leisurely atmosphere.

Outdoor Space: The highlight of this home is its sprawling resort-style courtyard. The wrap-around floor plan showcases the lush emerald green grass, meticulously maintained palm trees, and natural stones. The courtyard features a sparkling saltwater pool, a standalone spa for 10 guests, two fire pits, a putting green, a horseshoe pit, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and refrigerator, two pool tables, a ping pong table, dartboards, a deluxe grill, an outdoor fireplace, Smart TVs, and multiple sitting spaces scattered throughout.

Gourmet Kitchen: The open concept gourmet kitchen is designed with a sand-colored tray ceiling, natural wood cabinetry, and Spanish-inspired elements. This space encourages the entire family to gather together and opens to the living room, keeping everyone connected. The kitchen features two stainless-steel refrigerators, double stacked ovens, a microwave, triple sinks, a preparation sink on the inner island, a full-sized wine cooler, a 48" cooktop with gas burners and a griddle, two deluxe dishwashers, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and an oversized island with breakfast bar seating for 8. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all the necessary cooking utensils, herbs and spices, cutlery, glassware, tableware, and coffee mugs.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom in the villa is cozy and plush, offering a comfortable retreat for guests. Every room has a large window, and some have sliding glass doors that provide private access to the courtyard. The plush beds are adorned with soft linens and topped with ultra-comfy pillows.
