• Right off of the dining room is the entrance to the newly renovated kitchen. This fully furnished space is complete with modern appliances, granite counters, double sinks, custom cabinets, and all of the cookware and utensils you’ll need to make meals at home for the whole family. Take advantage of the oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and whisper quiet dishwasher that make this kitchen complete. A cozy breakfast nook, complete with a high top table and four chairs, is an excellent place to enjoy toast and coffee in the mornings, or cocktails and appetizers after a long day in the pool.

• The open kitchen overlooks the main living room. A bar separates the kitchen from the living room, creating a casual and comfortable space to enjoy a meal while hanging out with family members in the kitchen and the living room. A sleek, wall-mounted flat screen TV is the focal point of this room, and a pool table is just waiting to be part of family game night!

From almost every angle in the home, you can get a view of the sparkling private pool. The pool is completely screened in, keeping out bugs and leaves but letting in plenty of sunshine. A covered lanai overlooks the pool and provides seating for six at an upscale patio dining area. There are sun loungers that you can enjoy in the shade or pull out to the pool deck to soak up the sun. Throw meat and veggies on the BBQ and do dinner by the pool! The pool overlooks the channel and is partially hidden behind a row of shrubs. This creates a privacy barrier while still allowing you to watch the yachts and animal life pass through the canal.
