• The spacious living room is the first thing you’ll notice when you walk in. It has two leather sofas and a giant 65” flat screen TV. There is also a home office area with an Apple computer and a printer that can be accessed by Wi-Fi from anywhere in the house.
• The living room flows right into the family room, which is one of the most beautiful rooms in the entire home. There is another 65” TV here, allowing children to have their own TV separate from their parents’ one.
• The gourmet kitchen features an overextended island unit that serves as a casual snack bar with four bar stools. It also includes a giant stainless steel refrigerator, custom cabinets, extensive countertops, a whisper quiet Miele dishwasher, and a large modern sink.
• The kitchen leads into a formal dining room set against large windows for a beautiful view during a meal. A wet bar with a drinks chiller, additional sink, and extra cabinet space give this room its own complete feel. A large dining room table with eight chairs provides plenty of room for everyone to gather for good food and great conversation.

Outside, the recently upgraded lanai is screened in and features a gas grill and outdoor dining area. Upscale patio loungers provide a comfortable space for guests to relax in the shade or soak up the Florida sun around the pool. The sparkling pool and integrated spa will provide fun and relaxation for the entire family. The view from the pool, comfortable loungers, spa, dining area, or balcony can’t be beat. Large shrubs and a privacy wall separate the pool area from the neighbors, and the only thing behind the pool is a private boat deck and the canal. An upstairs balcony that comes off of a second-story bedroom provides a whole other view of the pool and canal.

• There are three bedrooms on the first floor of this stunning home, and a private master suite on the second floor. The upstairs master suite has a high-end King size bed, elegant dark wood furnishings, a flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The master bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower with glass and marble accents, a separate tub, and a large vanity area with dual sinks.
• Downstairs, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and windows that overlook the water. It also has a huge flat screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and soft, subtle beach-themed décor. This room has its own private bathroom, which features a glass-enclosed shower, toilet, and two sinks.
• The third bedroom also has a Queen size bed and sliding door access out to the pool. An adjacent bathroom to this third bedroom has a glass shower and access out to the pool.
• The fourth bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet to organize all of your belongings.
