Registration:

• You must register with the South Seas Northwest Condominium Association located in the Tower 3 office.
• This is necessary for the association to maintain current occupancy information and to obtain your permanent parking pass.

To Register you will need:

1. Lease agreement.
2. Your vehicle's License Plate Number.
3. $100 Registration Fee (includes 1 vehicle, each additional vehicle is $100) (fee is subject to change per association)
