Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in La Jolla, this garage converted studio is the perfect place for a person or couple to get to know the area while on a budget. It is close to La Jolla's famous Windansea Beach and there is even a park a short walk away. This unit is pet-friendly, and there is a $95 fee for housebroken pets.

The studio offers basic amenities such as a two-burner stove, microwave, and stand-up shower. It is a very utilitarian unit and is a no-frills unit. However, there are a few things you should know before booking:

• There is no cable TV, but you may stream on the TV.
• No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
• Like most properties in this coastal climate, this unit does not have air conditioning.
• There is no assigned parking, so parking is on the street.
