Only steps from Mission Bay, 500 yards to the Ocean, and a short walk to restaurants, shops, and Catamaran Spa, this cottage is the best of both worlds - easy access to the excitement and energy of the beach, yet near the bay for a calm respite to refresh the soul. This original beach house is nestled among others, still in use by full-time residents. As a result this property is best suited for a those seeking a quiet interlude within an active Mission Beach area.

• Well-equipped eat-in kitchen with informal seating
• Gate-leg table for more formal dining when expanded in living room
• Master bedroom with queen bed, flat-screen TV, desk, and private bathroom with shower
• Second bedroom with queen bed
• Third bedroom with twin bunk bed and pull out twin trundle

The cottage is perfect for a beach vacation, but if you need to bring that laptop, it is also a great place for getting some work done. A desk and computer chair are available in the master bedroom; a portable laptop table allows for computer use throughout the house. Cottage comes complete with wireless internet, dishwasher, full-sized washer/dryer, bathtub/shower, gas BBQ, and streaming devices.

The cottage is very close to Santa Clara Recreation Center/Mission Bay Aquatic Center which offers classes and water sport rentals, from jet skis, wake boards, water skis, sailboats, paddle boats, kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boats, and even jetpack experiences. They also offer tennis court and racquet rentals, basketball courts, softball fields, and fishing off of their docks.
