• Entering the large property, there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom on the first floor.
• The second floor contains a living room with a queen pull out and kitchen area with a large second floor balcony that has a propane grill and ocean views.
• The third floor holds the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and the master bath.
• Additionally, this floor also has the third bedroom with a twin bunk over a full bunk and a twin trundle, as well as the fourth bedroom with a queen bed.
• Directly outside the master bedroom is the third floor balcony with ocean views and a staircase to the rooftop deck on the fourth level.
• The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views and has sofas and chairs.

Ocean Breeze 2:

• Modern finishes and features throughout the unit include stainless appliances, a washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and rain showers.
• The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a single pull out futon and the downstairs room has one set of bunk beds.
• There is a flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom.
• The rooftop has chairs and side tables to enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning views of the ocean.
• Both units are close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay.
• They are also a short drive to local attractions like:
  • Sea World ~10 minutes
  • The San Diego Zoo ~15 minutes
  • Balboa Park ~15 minutes
  • Downtown San Diego ~15 minutes
  • The Torrey Pines golf course ~20 minutes

Both properties are non-smoking, even on the roof top decks
Entry bedroom is very small (6x5), with twin bunk beds and is ideal for children
Neither unit has air conditioning
