Entering the large property, there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom on the first floor.

The second floor contains a living room with a queen pull out and kitchen area with a large second floor balcony that has a propane grill and ocean views.

The third floor holds the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and the master bath. Additionally, this floor also has the third bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds, as well as the fourth bedroom with a full size bed.

Directly outside the master bedroom is the third floor balcony with ocean views and a staircase to the rooftop deck on the fourth level.

The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views and has benches and chairs.

We just installed a glass bar area with 3 bar stools and a min-fridge on the rooftop.

This unit does not have air conditioning
