• Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. The HOT TUB can be used at your leisure at no additional cost.

• All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

• Dog allowed with approval only. NO CATS. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Electronic Check at no additional costs.

• 50% of total due upon reservation confirmation

• 50% of total due 30 days from arrival

• If booking within 30 days of arrival, 100% due upon booking
