Welcome to our newly remodeled light, airy, deluxe penthouse 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the fabulous gated Vista Cay Resort community close to everything! Quiet and private, this condo sleeps 6 adults (or 8 incl. small children). It has new floors, paint, and all new living room furniture!

Relax in our open-plan space with comfortable sectional sofa, 46" flatscreen TV, music dock, and unobstructed views to distant downtown Orlando. Just off the lounge, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the warm Florida sunshine while you plan your day.

Our comfortable dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast to dinner for 6.

The unit has a full-size washer and dryer so you can pack light for your trip and have space for discount shopping nearby! We offer Free high-speed secure Wifi and Free calls within North America. The condo is on the top (4th) floor and very quiet and private. No noise from any neighbors! There is ample free, secured parking, and the building is serviced by 2 large elevators.

The Bedrooms:

• The master bedroom has a pillow-top mattress with an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
• The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed with a comfortable pillow-top mattress.
• There is a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds to sleep 2 adults or up to 4 small children.
  All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans.

The Resort:
The resort boasts a state-of-the-art clubhouse with 24-hour reception, a large heated infinity resort pool, hot tub, kids pool, games room, business center, gym, and movie theatre plus a 2nd full-size heated pool with hot tub. There is also a peaceful lakeside trail for a pleasant stroll or early morning run. Vista Cay really is a peaceful, luxurious oasis in the midst of all the excitement of Orlando.

Location:
We are just minutes from everything Orlando has to offer including the Orange County Convention Center (walking distance!), Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and all the other attractions, incredible world-class shopping, hundreds of restaurants, world-class golf, and Orlando International Airport. Simply the perfect vacation location! A large supermarket (Publix), a drug store (Walgreens), several shops, and restaurants are located at the edge of the resort.
