Location / Roads / Parking:

• Accessing this cabin by vehicle is straightforward. The journey mostly consists of main roads, but the last quarter-mile features a winding, uphill drive that can be narrow and steep. There's ample level parking for two vehicles on a paved driveway. You're only 1 minute away from Pigeon Forge, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach both the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. Plus, there's a Dollar General and Kroger conveniently located nearby. With such a prime location, you'll be just a quick drive from all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2 dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
• The pet fee is a non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s).
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
• Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair & odor left behind.

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

Check-In:

• 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
