• Kitchen/ Dining Room:
  Prepare a hearty breakfast or delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen of our Picture Perfect cabin. With stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave, you'll have everything you need to cook up a storm. Start your day off right with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the convenient coffee maker. When it's time to sit down and enjoy your meal, gather around the spacious 6-person dining room table, perfect for family gatherings or special occasions. The dining area is filled with natural light and offers a comfortable atmosphere for sharing stories and making memories.

Relax and unwind in the hot tub, perfect for soothing sore muscles after a long day of exploring. Grill up some burgers and dogs on the charcoal grill, and enjoy them on the spacious porch, complete with comfortable rocking chairs. There's even parking for two vehicles, so you can bring your friends along for the ride. As you sit back and take in the stunning mountain views, you'll feel like you're a world away from it all. With plenty of seating and amenities, the outdoor spaces at Picture Perfect are the perfect place to relax, recreate, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

• Locations / Roads/ Parking:
  This cabin is situated at a higher elevation, easily accessible by any vehicle. The roads leading to it are main, paved, and double-laned until about half a mile away, where the road becomes narrow and uphill. Upon arrival, you'll find level parking for 2-3 cars. Nearby, you'll have access to a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City. It's just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg.

• Pet Policy:
  The pet fee is $100 per dog
  There is a 2 dog maximum
  We only allow dogs
  You will need to bring a crate
  Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
  The pet fee is a non-refundable
  Please clean up after your pet(s).
  Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
  Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind.

Catch a show at the Island at Pigeon Forge, featuring a giant Ferris wheel, haunted house, and more. In Gatlinburg, explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with its stunning scenery, hiking trails, and wildlife viewing. Take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, or visit the Ole Red Gatlinburg for live music and drinks. And for some old-fashioned fun, visit the Anakeesta outdoor attraction in Gatlinburg, with its treetop canopy walkway, ziplining, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. With so much to see and do in the area, you'll never be bored at Picture Perfect cabin!

• Special Dates:
  Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

• Check-In:
  4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

• Check-Out:
  10am

  On During: October 1st - February 28th / Off During: March 1st - September 30th

• 7 Day Cancellation & Damage Fee:
