Location / Roads / Parking:

• This cabin is a curvy, partly gravel, and uphill drive that can be accessed by vehicle or motorcycle. You may have trouble in snow or ice. Level parking for 2 vehicles. Just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General or Kroger nearby. With such an excellent location, you are just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2 dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet at home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s).
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, there is damage, or your pet needs additional excessive cleaning, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
• Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s) to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps in. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

Check-In:

• 4pm - there is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
