Beautiful Home Overlooking Private Conservation

Indian Ridge Oaks is situated in a quiet community with a mix of both residential and vacation homes. The homes are situated in a walled neighborhood with no through road for traffic, making the community very peaceful. The area features a community pool, a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts, and paved walking and jogging paths for your morning walk stroll.

For the golfers, less than 5 minutes away is the Mystic Dunes course, and a few miles further, Champions Gate, Celebration, Falcon Fire, to name but a few, are all only short drives from the villa. Situated just minutes from shops and restaurants which can all be found on the Hwy 192, Indian Ridge Oaks is an ideal community base for your vacation.

Disney can be reached in about 10 minutes, Universal Studios is about 25 minutes’ drive away, and Sea World can be reached in about 20 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast beaches are about 60 minutes away, and Orlando International airport is 25 minutes’ drive.

Our villa is on one level and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms overlooking a golf course and fenced for added privacy. The pool is larger than average and also has the added benefit of a spa attached to the pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and full bath and separate shower with spacious sink with storage below. There are hairdryers in both of the bathrooms so no need to bring your own. There is a Flatscreen TV in the bedroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and shares the bathroom with bedroom 3. This bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bedroom three has two twin beds allowing the home to sleep 6 people in comfort.

All linens and towels are provided, and the washer and dryer are located in the garage. All electricity is included except for pool heating if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove with burners, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of cookware and tableware are provided so if you like eating in, you can cook a meal to eat el-fresco on the lovely pool deck. There is plenty of seating outside and loungers for you to relax after a busy day at the parks.

The villa is fenced at the back for privacy and overlooks the golf course, making it a peaceful haven for your Orlando stay. The oversized pool and pool deck overlook the golf course, and there is a spa attached to the pool. Pool heating is available if required.
