Our management company is located just two minutes away and will ensure that you are well looked after during your stay.

Highlands Reserve is one of Florida's most prestigious golf courses, located approximately 40 minutes southwest of Orlando International Airport on US27, just 5 minutes north of Highway I4. Our villa is located away from the main road on Northampton Drive, and the Club House is just a one minute walk away.

Local shops and amenities are a two minute drive, with plenty of restaurants located along US192 only 10 minutes away by car. If you fancy a trip out to the coast, you'll find either the Gulf or Atlantic just an hour away in either direction.

Our villa is perfect for those on a family holiday checking out the parks, or simply looking for a bit of golf and relaxation. It's also a great location for checking out the Kennedy Space Centre or Busch Gardens.
