• The Chula Vista Cabin is a perfect country getaway experience that is located just 6 miles from downtown Fredericksburg. This cabin was built using antique oak logs from an 1800’s log cabin and yet has all the modern amenities and conveniences including a mid-sized kitchenette. There is also a Weber gas grill to compliment the kitchenette. Electric skillet has been placed in the unit.

• Enjoy your glass of wine or morning coffee on the porch rockers; sit in front of a beautiful limestone fireplace; take a long soak in a claw-foot tub or relax in your private hot tub.

• Take a stroll around the property where wildlife and song birds abound. Tranquil and breath-taking hill country views, beautiful sunsets, and amazing star-gazing await you. The owner has purchased 2 new golf carts for guests to use to drive around the property. (NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE CARTS.) Please return the carts back to the garage after you use them.

• Please note that Chula Vista is perfect for couples. The homeowners request no pets and no children.
