This spacious efficiency ocean view condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This 6th floor unit has a lovely view with two queen beds, a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV.

Located on the 6th floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your condo without having to wait for an elevator! Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit. During the winter months, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor, and access the beautiful indoor pool, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub, and the fitness center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

• This condo has one parking pass issued by the resort. No other passes are available either from us or the Grand Atlantic Resort.

• We cannot guarantee that all amenities will be open and available during your stay.

• Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds.

• Housekeeping Fee includes: Departure cleaning service and Linens

  • Linens included are as follows:
    • 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed
    • 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed
    • 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom
    • 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag
  • You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

House parties and groups:

• House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited.
• We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older.
• Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
