The condo itself is a 3-bedroom/2-bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It also includes 3 TVs and an oceanfront balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.

The location of Shoreham Towers is convenient for families and individuals looking for entertainment options. Family attractions, golf courses, miniature golf, an amusement park, water sports, and fishing spots are all nearby.

Please note that we strictly rent to families and mature individuals over the age of 25. Teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone, are not eligible to rent from us. House party groups are also not allowed. If a house party attempts to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted without a refund.

It's important to mention that each property is privately owned and reflects the individual tastes of the owner. Weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday. Trip insurance is an option for an additional fee.

To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or on either side of the entrance. Additionally, we do not allow pets, boats, motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or RVs on the premises.
