Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this 5-story beach retreat is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play. It is within walking distance to the Cherry Grove Pier and the nearby marsh nature trail on 53rd.

This 1st floor 3 bedroom / 3 bath ocean front condo features a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi, and a private ocean front balcony. Covered parking is available. The living room and master bedroom have Samsung TVs with Spectrum cable boxes, and there is a Haier DVD player/screen in the 3rd bedroom.

Please note that we strictly rent to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone, are not allowed. House party groups are also not allowed. If a house party attempts to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted with no refund.

Our properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday only. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or on either side of the entrance. Pets, boats, motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and RVs are also not allowed.
