• A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25.
• Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising.
• Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
