This two bedroom, two bathroom unit features ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The fully furnished kitchen and balcony overlooking the beach make it easy to enjoy meals while listening to the waves. The unit has three TVs and can sleep up to six people. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach and offer a variety of amenities, including two pools (one heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms, and more. The resort is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by sugar-white sand and sparkling surf. It is also conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and water sports.

Age Requirement: Reservations will not be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may supervise up to three individuals under the age of 25 and must occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
