Magnolia Point 302 comfortably sleeps 4 people:

• Master bedroom: King Size bed, en-suite restroom, and large flat screen TV
• Guest room: 2 Twin beds, attached restroom, and large flat screen TV

Myrtlewood Golf Club is home to two championship golf courses, PineHills and The Palmetto, which are set along the beautiful Intercoastal Waterway. The PineHills course is the first and only design along the Grand Strand by award-winning architect Arthur Hills. The community also offers guests:

Magnolia 302 is located just a short 5 minute drive from the beach which has plenty of public accesses as well as local gift shops and several fishing piers. Families will love the IMAX Theater, aquarium, and of course the vast array of shopping and restaurant opportunities. For those looking for a night out on the town, Broadway at the Beach is famous for its Celebrity Square, which has 10 dazzling nightclubs!

• Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along
• Our properties are completely non-smoking
• We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only
• The Magnolia community does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or motor homes
• A small dog under 25 pounds is allowed for a winter rental stay of 30 days or more!
• Stays under 30 days, pets are not considered.
